Founded in 2004, Guangzhou ZEHM Functional Materials R&D Co. Ltd. focused on research and development of powder coating additives and has become a very important matting agent supplier in China. We successfully developed the polyester/epoxy hybrid powder coating matting agents, Mild-Matte S 3380, which firstly matting the gloss down to below 5%@60o. Furthermore, we developed another high efficiency polyester/TGIC system matting agent Mild-Matte A9 to provide a stable gloss under 20%@60o.
We are very glad to announce the new generation polyester/epoxy hybrid powder coating matting agent--Mattex-6, which was anticipated to be the real substituent for the traditionalmatting agent, 2-phenylimidazolin/pyromellitic acid(anhydride) salts—X68 series.
We are now planning to invest in the encapsulation of the aluminum pigments and let us wait for an outstanding metallic pigments supplier.
